Please review your information carefully for any typographical errors. Be sure that the billing/shipping address, phone number and email address have been entered correctly. Additional shipping charges will be applied for re-mailing to the correct address.

Our Order Department is open 24/7. You must have your product number available when placing an order with the operator. The operators do not answer any technical, product questions.

Once your order is placed either on the website or through the Order Department request for extra product add on, cannot be accommodated. It will be processed as a separate order.

In stock orders are processed within 48 hours after receiving them (except for Saturdays and Sundays – which will be processed the next business day.) Please check our website for holiday dates and hours.

Once your order has been processed, it is sent to our Shipping Department. No order can be modified once it has been processed.

DioPads California

We regret to inform our California customers as of June 30, 2015, we no longer ship the DioPads into the state of California. This is due to the exuberant fees that state charges for their mandatory Furnishing & Bedding Manufacturing License to sell such products in their state.

Taxes

Ener-G-Polari-T Products, Inc is required to charge, collect and remit sales taxes to State of Arizona. Customers in other states should file and remit any sales taxes that may be due on their purchases from Ener-G-Polari-T Products accordance with their local and state laws.

Backorders
Ener-G-Polari-T Products maintains high in house stock level at all times.

Website Promotions

Sale products will be shown on the product page with the regular retail price and the sale price. Our promotions and product contests are also advertised through our emails to join our email list, email your information to us at info@energpolarit.

Shipping
Ener-G-Polari-T Products offers Free Shipping and will be shipped by First Class with the U.S. Postal Service. Free Shipping is only available for retail customers. Orders are shipped within 2 business days of processing the order. Shipping delivery date cannot be guaranted when your package will arrive.

If  your package was undeliverable because of an incorrect address due to the missing or incorrect  information you have entered, we reserve the right to charge extra for reshipping the product to the correct address.

If your package was undeliverable because of our mistake or was delivered damaged, we will take full responsibility.

International
We are sorry, Ener-G-Polari-T Products does not ship to international destinations due to the shipping cost, custom requirements, and fraud.

 Return Policies

Ener-G-Polari-T Products philosophy is to help our customers find the right products to fill their needs and be happy with their purchase. Please contact Ener-G-Polari-T Products if there is a problem with your order as soon as possible.

Before your return or exchange your product, please give your Diode Products time to work through the electrical blockages in your energy field. You may not feel the subtle energy frequencies from your Diode, but it is still supporting your energy field by keeping the meridians in balance.

Returns

We offer a 30-day Return Policy from the date of your sale receipt. No returns will be accepted after 30-days. If you would like to return a product, please read our Return Policy thoroughly; failing to do so may result in a non-refundable product.

Please email for a Return Authorization (RA) number at support@energpolarit.com. Please include your name, sales receipt number and the reason for return. The customer will be emailed back with instruction where to return the product. If a customer ships without a Return Authorization, the package  will be refused.

The customer is responsible for the return package. RA number must be visible on the front of the package. Please be aware we do not provide return shipping labels for a return package.

A return product must be in the original packaging with a copy of the Sales Receipt.

A refund will not be issued until Ener-G-Polari-T Products has received the package. Please be sure the package being returned has a delivery confirmation receipt. We will not be responsible for a package lost in transit.

If  the return package does not have a delivery confirmation receipt and cannot be tracked by the U.S. Postal Service, a refund will not be issued until the package has been delivered back to Ener-G-Polari-T Products.

Refunds

A refund will be processed within 10 to 12 business day after the returned product has been received.

Please note when refunding your bank, it can take up to 3 to 5 business days or more to show up on your bank or your credit card statement.

Ener-G-Polari-T Products reserves the right to refuse to issue a refund for any product that has been damaged or misused.

A 15% restocking fee is charged for a return of a product

Cancellation or Refused Products

If you need to cancel an order please, do so As Soon As Possible and email to support@energpolarit.com. We are closed on weekends and holidays.

Cancelling or refusing a package that has been shipped, will be charge a 5% fee. This is to recover any merchant fees from processing cost and bank charges related to the order.

Product Return and Restocking Fee

A return product must be received in “new” condition.

Our Return Policy does not cover customer damage due to improper installation error, product abuse, product misuse or use of cleaners containing abrasives, organic solvents or alcohol.

A final inspection will be conducted on the returned product before a refund is processed. If the product has any signs of wear or damage, or otherwise altered, it will not be eligible for a return/refund.

A 15% restocking fee is charged for a return of a product.

If you bought the product from one of our distributors please return it back to the distributor.

Special Package Deals

All products that are part of a package deal, must be returned. If any products are missing from the special package deal, you will be charged out the regular retail price of each missing product.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product, follow the same procedure as returning a product. A product that is being exchanged has to be in new condition and within the 30-day guarantee.

The product being exchanged for a different product, the customer will be charged out or be refunded the difference of the new product.

Shipping charges do apply for shipping an exchange product, you will be charge out a small fee for shipping.

Non-Returnable Products

DioPads are not returnable due to sanitary hygienic reasons. All clearance products, and media, such as books cannot be returned or exchanged.
